3 New “LEARN TO” beginners course for March/April
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.

1). Mondays March 13th, 20th, 27th and April 3rd 11:30am

2). Thursdays March 16th, 23rd, 30th and April 6th 11:30am

3). Saturdays Marrch 18th, 25th, April 1st and 8th 2:30pm

This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.
We meet outside the Sandringham visitors centre 10 mins before the start of the class.
This award winning course will help you to not only learn Nordic walking technique but will help you to use it in order to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Each session adds another ‘gear’ and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun! Four one hour sessions in a relaxed group suitable for all levels. Cost only £35 inc Free usage of poles
