New “LEARN TO” beginners course for March/April (please share on your page Thanks).
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.

Please arrive at the visitors centre at Sandringham 10 mins before the start of the class.

11:00am Saturdays March 31st, April 7th, 14th and 21st

08:45am Wednesdays April 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th

There is no reason why if you cannot make 1 session you can go the other day so as not to miss any sessions.

Each session adds another ‘gear’ and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun!
