3 New “LEARN TO” beginners course for April/May
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.

1). Mondays 11:30am April 24th, May 1st, 8th and 15th

2). Thursdays 11:30am April 27th, May 4th 11th and 18th

3). Saturdays 2:30pm April 29th, May 6th, 13th and 20th

This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.
We meet outside the Sandringham visitors centre 10 mins before the start of the class.
This award winning course will help you to not only learn Nordic walking technique but will help you to use it in order to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Each session adds another ‘gear’ and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun! Four one hour sessions in a relaxed group suitable for all levels. Cost £35 inclusive
