3 New “LEARN TO” beginners course for June
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.
 
1). Saturdays June 10th, 17th, 24th and July 1st 2:30pm.
2). Mondays June 12th, 19th, 26th and July 3rd 11:30 am.
3). Fridays June 16th, 23rd, 30th and July 7th 6pm
 
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.
We meet outside the Sandringham visitors centre 10 mins before the start of the class.
This award winning course will help you to not only learn Nordic walking technique but will help you to use it in order to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Each session adds another ‘gear’ and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun! Four one hour sessions in a relaxed group suitable for all levels. Cost £35 inclusive (I supply all the poles)
