NEW “Learn to” Beginners courses in Nordic Walking Feb/March

New “LEARN TO” beginners course for Feb/March (please share on your page Thanks).
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.

Please arrive at the visitors centre at Sandringham 10 mins before the start of the class.

Thursdays 11:15am February 22nd, March 1st, 8th and 15th

Fridays 10am February 23rd, March 2nd, 9th and 16th

There is no reason why if you cannot make 1 session you can go the other day so as not to miss any sessions.

Each session adds another ‘gear’ and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun! Four one hour sessions in a relaxed group suitable for all levels.
