New “Learn to” beginners courses starting in January 2018

New “LEARN TO” beginners course for Jan/Feb (please share on your page Thanks).
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.

Please arrive at the visitors centre at Sandringham 10 mins before the start of the class.

Mondays 11:15 am, January 22nd, 29th, February 5th and 12th

Saturdays 11am, January 27th, February 3rd, 10th and 17th

This award winning course will help you to not only learn Nordic walking technique but will help you to use it in order to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Each session adds another ‘gear’ and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, gradually increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun! Four one hour sessions in a relaxed group suitable for all levels.
