Free Taster Sessions

Saturday july 7th 11:00am

Monday July 9th 11:15 am

meeting outside the Sandringham visitors centre 10 minutes before the start of the session.

This is a short trial session to introduce you to this amazing activity. After a short session you will know what is in it for you and if it is something that you will enjoy and keep up.
I recommend any normal loose fitting clothing; Outdoor clothing and track suits are perfect.
Trainers with a grippy sole or walking shoe/boots are the best footwear.
I will supply all the poles.

New “LEARN TO” beginners course for July/August (please share on your page Thanks).
This is a 4 week course. Each week there is a 1 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.

Please arrive at the visitors centre at Sandringham 10 mins before the start of the class.

11:00am Saturdays July 14th, 21st, 28th and August 4th.

11:15 Mondays July 16th, 23rd, 30th and August 6th

There is no reason why if you cannot make 1 session you can go the other day so as not to miss any sessions.
