This will take place on Saturday the 16th and 30th of September classes starting at 4pm with a duration of between 1.5 and 2 hours each.
This is only for beginners who already possess a reasonably high level of fitness and adequate endurance.

There will be a 10 minute break in the middle of each session by my car so that anything left in my car will be accessible at that time.
This is a 2 week course. Each week there is a 2 hour session to teach you the basic techniques of Nordic walking.
We meet outside the Sandringham visitors centre 10 mins before the start of the class.

both sessions will teach the basic techniques and helps you to understand how to gain propulsion, increase the workload and learn how to Nordic walk for fitness, weight loss or fun! Two 2 hour sessions in a relaxed atmospere suitable for the already fit only.
